SECURITY & RELIABILITY

A Secure Mobile Platform

We understand how critical it is to provide a secure and reliable platform for mobile activity. For more than 16 years we’ve been providing secure and trusted ERP services to SAP customers. Our customers trust sensitive data, transactions and processes to the powerful Sojourner Enterprise Server (SES).

The Sojourner environment is hosted by a professional company with 24/7 support, fail over, database backup, redundant systems, power generation and humidity control, with strong network backbone connections. Dedicated systems and network bandwidth can also be supplied.

Sojourner is compliant with industry best practices and requires authentication for user activity. Sojourner user requirements can be authenticated against any established or new user management data sources such as LDAP, SAP, etc.  Users are required to login in via password to the server-side Sojourner Console to configure processes, and to their mobile device to run applications.

Sojourner uses industry standard secure communication protocol HTTPS/SSL for data transport. Extra encryption or digital signature can also be applied. Your administrator has access to the SES to configure and permission users ERP system access and enables processes pushed to user devices.

Trusted Reliability

We employ industry SaaS standards in our reliability maintaining 99.9% uptime and building your SLA agreement to guarantee it. Our Support Team is available 24-7 for any application issues that may arise. Every Sojourner message has a lifetime status flag that ensures every message is delivered, synchronized, processed, closed and deleted as required. And you have the added comfort of knowing this by being able to track the status flag. Sojourner also provides an audit trail for all messages in its history bank. For any failure between the internet connection, ERP system or device – the message status does not change, and re-sends until successful.  You Sojourner Administrator can set up status notifications to monitor activities. A push mechanism enables all data stored on mobile devices to be deleted in the event of a lost device or user cancellation.
